This allows different file types to be read, imported, and exported. VisualCAM can read and write its own file types (*.vcp) with no additional plug-ins. There are some translators that come already pre-installed such as things to read Dxf, Dwg, STEP, IGES, SAT, Parasolids and STL file formats.
