Reverse Boring, 2½ Axis
This method is used to reverse-bore a stepped hole that cannot be accessed by regular bores. The Reverse Bore parameter settings are similar to the Drill parameters. Two user defined reverse boring cycles (RBore1 and RBore2) are supported. Note: For each tab in the dialog, select a topic from the Contents on the left.

The Reverse Boring toolpath method is invoked by selecting the Program tab, clicking on the Holes button in the Machining Browser and selecting the Rev. Bore operation. ![]() 2½ Axis Hole Making, Reverse Bore Menu Item |
