Projection Pocketing, 3 Axis
The Projection Pocketing operation can be used for fine finishing surface bottoms in closed regions. In this method, the toolpath is generated in 2D and then projected down to the surfaces below. Machining regions are necessary to be active for this cut method to work. There is no limitation on the number of regions or the number of nesting’s of the region.
