Here are some adjustments you can make to 4K displays to run MecSoft products:

1.Win+P (change display settings), select the 1080 monitor ONLY, and let that setting take effect (It turns off the 4k screen, and moves everything to the 1080 screen).

2.Do that process again, changing the display back to extended on both screens.
