The estimated machining time that is calculated and displayed in the Information dialog is based on the simple equation of Distance x Velocity. The information does NOT account for the following variables:
1.Acceleration/deceleration of the machine.
2.Tool change times.
Feeds & Speeds related things to check:
1.Feedrate High and Low values set in the post processor.
2.Feed & Speeds set in each operation verses what is posted.
3.Check the default vale for Use Rapid. Pick Set and then make sure the default vale is set to the machine's ACTUAL Rapid setting. Then change it back to Use Rapid. This can be set for each operation or for each Tool for the Load from Tool option.
