Click CAM Preferences located on the Machining Operations browser and select Output Control. Uncheck Always output arcs as linear segments & select the planes to output arcs (For ex: XY Plane). For older versions this is located under Machining Preferences.
Regenerate all Machining operations. Toolpath display for arc motions would show up in dark blue and cyan for linear motions.
Additionally you can click on the advanced cut parameters tab under profiling, facing, pocketing operations and select Arc Fitting. Set the tolerance to be slacker than the machining tolerance set under the cut parameters tab. (For example if the tolerance for machining is set at 0.001, use 0.002 for arc fitting tolerance)
To fit arcs to a 3 axis toolpath, you would need to use the toolpath editor (select a operation, double click on the toolpath to launch the editor). select Fit arcs to toolpath under global edits and set the tolerance to be slacker than the machining tolerance set under the cut parameters tab. (For example if the tolerance for machining is set at 0.001, use 0.002 for arc fitting tolerance)
Toolpath Editor- available in PRO & Premium configurations.
