The file contains block definitions. (Edit > Blocks > Block Manager). Block instances and block definitions are not supported by RhinoCAM. You would have to remove block definitions & explode any block instances before generating toolpaths with RhinoCAM. Once you have removed and exploded the blocks, save the file, close & reopen it.
